Dr Kem is a Success Coach with a passion for helping women empower themselves to improve the quality of their Personal and Professional/Business life. 

She originally qualified as a medical doctor back in 1997.

After working in hospitals on the beautiful island of Samoa for almost 2 years, she relocated to the United Kingdom and took a career break to start a family. 

Being a lifelong student of The Bible, Success Strategies, Personal Development, Human Potential, and having a passion to help others be the best they can be, she launched a Coaching Practice from home. She has, through her work, since helped thousands of women around the world achieve higher levels of success in their professional and personal lives than they'd previously thought possible.



Dr Kem has a soft spot for Single Moms, especially those with young children, having recently become one herself. She can totally relate to the struggles faced by other women in this unique situation, and is perfectly placed to teach such women how to rise above their circumstances and lead fulfilling, successful and prosperous lives regardless. Because her research has shown that the most pressing problem faced by single moms is that of finances, she has created a FREE course that teaches Single Moms how to overcome this challenge.



She also is a firm believer in multiple sources of income and has a couple of other income-generating ventures going on in the background.



In August 2006, Kem made a smooth transition back to medical practice (after a 7-year career gap), and realized that the most effective way to continue serving her clients was to take advantage of the internet - hence Total Success For Women.com was born.



Dr Thompson believes in, and practices the teachings of the Holy Bible, which she considers to be The "How-To" manual for Life, Relationship, Success, Health and Wealth. She credits every success she has ever achieved to the power of the Word in the Bible, (and indeed believes that most every Personal Development/Self-help resource out there has its roots in the living Word contained therein, even when the person teaching it has not acknowledged It as the Source of the information...) and teaches Success and Personal Development strategies that line up with Biblical Principles. Kem lives and works in London, UK, is one of a few people who really actually enjoys her 'day job' as a doctor in the National Health Service!
