a) Email Coaching: You will be personally coached by Dr Kem Thompson. You'll first have an online chat session where you clarify your goals and targets for the 12 weeks. Then you'll create an action plan to work with. You'll receive assignments each week and will learn the techniques and strategies for success from the comfort of your own home.
b) Telephone and Email Coaching: You will be personally coached by Dr Kem Thompson. This is a Group Coaching program with a maximum of 10 participants in the group. This powerful format provides for masterminding and networking in addition to the Coaching you receive and the goals you achieve in the given time frame. All from the comfort of your own home.
